Your feet are important. They are those who give you the ability to get mobility and to get point A to point B. Your legs are also weak for injury and infection. When something is not right with your feet, you see it. Even a small blister can be difficult to walk and wear shoes.

The most common foot problems listed below can be avoided or they may be less inconvenienced with proper foot care, in which cleanliness and proper fit wear boots.

Blisters


The barks are pockets full of soft, clear liquids of the skin, which are the result of wearing bad fitting shoes. The blisters are often painful and the shoes run, run and wear shoes. Tannell fungus


Tunnel fungus is easy to spot with distorted, perverted toenails. These unethical tannels are the result of inadequate foot care and hygiene and expose the feet to the salt, unclean environment such as pool and locker room.

Gout

Arthritis is a painful type of arthritis that often leads to red, hot, swelling and pain around the big toe joint. Arthritis is caused by the formation of uric acid, which can be worn by some foods, including alcohol, seafood and red meat.

Corn and Calls


Corn and colored painful, hard patch of dead skin that are the result of areas of the toes and feet of the bones, which usually pass under tight shoes. Corn often forms the sides of the toes and toe along with the toe. Calls are usually down to the heel and the ball.

Heel Spurs and Plantar Fasciitis


Eddy Spurs and Plantar Fasciitis are both painful foot conditions which affect the heel. A hedgehog is a place where bone fragments occur on the basis of bone bones. Plantar Faciitis is the painful inflammation of phosphitis, which combines the inferno and the ball's leg.

It is necessity  to take care of your feet. Regular washing and drying of feet, wearing and changing socks, initial treatment and wearing shoes that fit properly can help in the formation of many of these common foot problems.
